MSG & Aspartame

Two of the most common and harmful ingredients in processed foods are MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) and Aspartame (Artificial Sweeteners).  Studies have shown that both additives cause adverse affects on the human body, but they are so widely used that scientific findings are often overlooked by the public.  Both are considered “Excitotoxins” – Amino Acids that kills neurons in the brain by over-stimulating them.  These excitotoxins have been linked to everything from headaches to neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, MS, Alzheimer’s, etc.

Remember that an analysis of a chemical or food under a microscope only shows what it is made of.  As you will learn from detailed scientific studies, what is more important is how those components break down, are absorbed and processed by the body, and the ultimate affects on your health.  Both MSG and Aspartame have components that are similar to natural healthy foods that we eat, but their amino acids are not bound to a protein like most natural foods, so what is normally not harmful in our bodies becomes harmful when it comes from MSG and Aspartame.

We have compiled our findings to allow you to be aware of how MSG and Aspartame can affect your body.
